  • If a customer starts with aluminum-plastic blister packaging and later wants to switch to aluminum-aluminum packaging, can this be achieved by just adding a device?

    Yes, it can be achieved by adding an alu-alu feeder.

  • What is the film pulling size for the flat-bed blister machine, and how is it calculated?

    For the DPP-88, the maximum film pulling size is 98mm.
    For the DPP-140, the maximum film pulling size is 150mm.
    For the DPP-250, the maximum film pulling size is 180mm.
    These sizes are based on the machine specifications and are determined by the design of the film pulling mechanism.

  • What is the vision inspection range for blister packaging machines?

    For domestic machines, the vision inspection range is 1/8, while for higher-quality machines, it can be 1/10.

  • How is the filling material added into the blister pockets in a blister packaging machine?

    For aluminum-plastic blister packaging, a disc brush feeder is used, while for aluminum-aluminum blister packaging, a specialized feeder is used.
