Work principle
Using visual principles to detect foreign objects and appearance.
Visible foreign object detection: The detected product is rapidly braked during high-speed rotation, while the liquid in the container is still rotating at high speed under inertia. At this time, the machine vision system continuously takes photos to obtain multiple images, calculates and analyzes to determine whether the product is qualified.
Appearance defect detection: The tested product rotates at a slow speed of more than 360 degrees, and at the same time, the machine visual system continuously collects images and analyzes them to determine whether the product's appearance is qualified.
