Product Description
An AC motor drives the externally geared hollow slewing bearing via gears, rotating the turntable. Bottles are propelled toward the turntable edge by centrifugal force, colliding or rubbing against the fixed orienting plates mounted at the center. These plates feature specific angular designs (e.g., inclined or curved baffles) to guide bottles into an upright position with necks facing upward.
Turntable speed is steplessly adjustable (typical range: 30–120 bottles/minute) via a rotary knob to accommodate different bottle types and output requirements. Oriented bottles are discharged orderly through a guide channel directly onto a conveyor belt or into the next process.
