Working Principle & Process

1. Orientation & Feeding Stage

    • Vibratory Bowl Feeding: Containers are automatically oriented (mouth-up) and fed into the system, eliminating misalignment or tipping.

    • Rotary Table Feeding: Oriented containers transfer to the initial station (Station 1) of the servo-driven rotary table.

2. Multi-Station Filling Sequence
The 12-station table executes the equence per container

3. Continuous Operation
In-line design connects upstream vibratory feeders and downstream conveyors, enabling non-stop production at 30–60 containers/minute.
